Here is presented as the Pastry Chef's Dessert
Gianluca frame that I tasted.
"At first glance, glaze is shiny and intense, with lightness and roundness, sits on a chocolate mousse.
Everything began to acidity and freshness sourcherry need not fear anything by the embrace of warm almond note and cream caramel, slightly salty
. The sweet and sour finally greet the crunchiness of the grue

This composition:
Stroisel Grue, Orizaba caramel, chocolate biscuit,
almond cream, cherry gelatin, mounted araguani ganache, mascarpone sorbet and vanilla.
To me it seemed a work of art, almost poetry.
