For the first time I made muffins. I've always preferred to make cakes, but now that I have two grandchildren, I have prepared for them and I was almost satisfied ....
Next time I'll try to make them a little more golden.
MUFFINS WITH CHOCOLATE DROPS
Ingredients for 15 muffins average:
150 g.
flour 70 g.
sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar 1 egg
10 g cl. Milk
50 g.
butter ½ tablespoon baking chocolate chips
80 g. about
Put the flour, sugar, baking powder into a bowl, then stir
milk, beaten egg, melted butter. Mix well
and finally add the chocolate chips.
Grease well and flour the molds, filling just over half.
Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
